We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, texture, and appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of raw hair.

All products are subject to availability.

Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£).

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and circumstances beyond our control.

For urgent orders, customers are encouraged to contact us before placing their order. We will do our best to fast-track eligible orders where possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene regulations, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hair extensions, wigs, or related products unless an item is received damaged or incorrect.

Any issues with an order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@maneprive.co.uk with supporting photographs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins.

Once an order has been processed, prepared, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Hair Care & Maintenance

Mane Privé is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, colouring, chemical processing, misuse, or inadequate maintenance.

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with their order.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, branding, logos, product names, graphics, and written content, is the property of Mane Privé and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Mane Privé shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product purchased.

Inspection Before Installation

Customers are responsible for inspecting all products upon receipt and before installation.

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any hair that has been:

Worn
Installed
Cut
Coloured or toned
Chemically processed
Washed
Altered in any way

Any concerns regarding your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and before the product has been installed or altered.

By installing, wearing, or altering the product, the customer accepts that the item has been received in satisfactory condition.

Refused Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Mane Privé cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
