Due to the nature of our products and hygiene regulations, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hair extensions, wigs, or related products unless an item is received damaged or incorrect.
Any issues with an order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@maneprive.co.uk with supporting photographs.
Inspection Before Installation
Customers are responsible for inspecting all products upon receipt and before installation.
Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any hair that has been:
- Worn
- Installed
- Cut
- Coloured or toned
- Chemically processed
- Washed
- Altered in any way
Any concerns regarding your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and before the product has been installed or altered.
By installing, wearing, or altering the product, the customer accepts that the item has been received in satisfactory condition.
Hair Care & Product Disclaimer
At Mane Privé, we take pride in providing premium raw Vietnamese hair of exceptional quality. As our coloured collections undergo a professional colouring process, minimal shedding may occur over time. This is a natural characteristic of processed hair and may become more noticeable with repeated wear, styling, or colouring.
To help preserve the quality and longevity of your hair, we recommend the following:

Minimise cutting the wefts during installation where possible.

Wash the hair using high-quality sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner.

Deep condition the hair regularly to maintain moisture and softness.

Allow the hair to air dry whenever possible.

Always apply a heat protectant before using heated styling tools.

Store your hair properly when not in use to maintain its condition.
Please note that some shedding is normal with all hair extensions and wigs and should not be considered a manufacturing fault. Proper maintenance and aftercare play an important role in preserving the beauty, softness, and lifespan of your Mane Privé hair.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins. Once an order has been processed, prepared, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
