How long does the hair last?
With proper care, our hair can last 2 years or more. Longevity depends on maintenance, styling habits, and aftercare.
Can the hair be coloured?
Yes. Our raw Vietnamese hair can be coloured, toned, and customised by a professional stylist.
How many bundles do I need?
For a full install, we recommend:
* 18"–20": 3–4 bundles
* 22"–24": 4 bundles or more for added fullness

Are your wigs ready to wear?
Yes. Our wigs arrive customised and ready to wear, allowing you to enjoy effortless luxury straight out of the box.
What lace do your wigs feature?
Our wigs are crafted with premium HD lace for a natural-looking hairline and seamless blend.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 – 5 working days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.
Next-day delivery may be available on selected orders.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
UK delivery is £6.99, or free for Mane Privé Collective members.
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene regulations, all sales are final. Please ensure you review your order carefully before purchasing.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
